Scheduled - Software and security updates will be installed on all Windows and MacOS office computers during an upcoming maintenance window.

During this time, the following updates will be installed:
- Monthly software updates for Windows and MacOS
- Monthly software updates for Microsoft Office

During the maintenance window, your computer will automatically begin installing any missing software updates as soon as it is powered on and connected to the internet or the UNW network.

Tired of updates interrupting your work?
-You can install these updates ahead of time by following this guide:

-Otherwise, you can wait until the evening that the maintenance window begins but leave your computer powered on and connected to the internet. By leaving your computer on overnight, updates should install automatically while you aren't working.
-If you wait until the following day and turn your computer on, your computer will automatically begin installing any missing software updates as soon as it is connected to the internet or the UNW network.

Argos Partial Outage (web viewer direct links)
Resolved - Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting dashboards in the Argos Web Viewer which may cause an error code 28 to appear. Dashboards continues to work normally in the Argos desktop client.

If you experience this issue and need to use the Web Viewer, you can use one of these temporary workarounds:
Close the error, then refresh the page, or
Close the error, go to Shortcuts, then return to Explorer, or
Open the eLauncher in an incognito/private browser window and launch the Argos Web Viewer
Our vendor is working on a resolution. We will share an update as soon as a fix is in place.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the issue which appears related to the Financial Operations Dashboard.

Investigating - We are investigating a partial outage in Argos that is impacting direct links to dashboards in the web viewer. Users can still use the web viewer to access dashboards but must navigate to them manually rather than using direct links.

Email - inbound messages from external senders are not being delivered.

This is a global problem as others have indicated that Microsoft is experiencing outages right now.
Microsoft is actively working to restore access to this system and IT is closely monitoring the situation.  Updates will be posted to the IT status page within the hour.
