Software and security updates will be installed on all Windows and MacOS office computers during an upcoming maintenance window.

During this time, the following updates will be installed:
- Monthly software updates for Windows and MacOS
- Monthly software updates for Microsoft Office

During the maintenance window, your computer will automatically begin installing any missing software updates as soon as it is powered on and connected to the internet or the UNW network.

Tired of updates interrupting your work?
-You can install these updates ahead of time by following this guide:

-Otherwise, you can wait until the evening that the maintenance window begins but leave your computer powered on and connected to the internet. By leaving your computer on overnight, updates should install automatically while you aren't working.

Identified - We believe we have identified the issue with BDM slowness. We are working with the vendor to implement a fix. The goal is to implement the fix ASAP, but we do not have a timeline at this point on when it will be resolved. The goal right now is to have the fix implemented in BDM this afternoon, but no later than tonight (11/6).
